Commanding a unique 360 degree panoramic view of the surrounding Umbrian countryside, Villa Monti stands proudly on the top of a hill in an area much sought out by artists, and all those around the world, who appreciate the beauty of such a place; where the view extends forever into the green hills of Umbria, and every angle offers the possibility of creating extraordinarily beautiful paintings of the scenery, in every season of the year. Turning in another direction, one sees the magnificent hill top town of Todi, appearing also as if in an exquisite painting, together with tiny villages dotted around the magnificent valley. The country house, which dates back to the 1800’s, has been exquisitely renovated, to provide maximum comfort to modern standards, while maintaining the original architecture with stone walls, and oak beam ceilings.

The furnishings within the house, with many antiques, provide a truly special atmosphere. The grounds around the house, approximately 1 hectare, are completely fenced, guaranteeing privacy; the garden is magnificent, in the Italian style, with a heated swimming pool, shaped to fit naturally into the design of the landscaping, so that it appears to have been there from the beginning. The part of the villa, facing the pool, has a veranda, where one can sit for meals, or just relax for hours, enjoying the gorgeous view. The bedrooms can accommodate a maximum of 11 people. The villa is easily accessible from the main road, and then a short stretch of country road, which is maintained in good condition
